This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions related to Hex's Discord bot services and premium features. By making any purchase, you acknowledge this digital service nature and agree to these binding terms.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final for:

• Instant server whitelisting activations
• Digital feature unlocks
• Partial month subscriptions
• Purchases older than 24 hours

2.2 Conditional Refunds

Refund requests may be considered for:

• Duplicate purchases (applied as service credit)
• Technical failures preventing service delivery
• Undelivered features outlined in purchase description

2.3 Prohibited Actions

Immediate refund ineligibility occurs with:

• Community guideline violations
• Payment disputes/chargebacks
• Abuse of promotional systems
• Blacklisted accounts
• Feature usage post-purchase

3. REQUEST PROCESS

• Submit requests within 24 hours of purchase
• Include transaction ID and server details
• Allow 5-7 business days for review
• Approvals issued as service credits only

4. POLICY UPDATES

• Changes effective immediately upon posting
• Major revisions announced on our Discord server
• Users responsible for periodic review
